Landmark,
The
best argument we can think of against outsourcing is the crew you sent to
work on our house. They were hard-working, wonderful craftsmen, dedicated to
doing topnotch work. That’s the kind of worker we had hoped for. We got a
lot more.
Our
crew was, in a word, amazing. They arrived each morning about 10 minutes
before starting time, and went right at it. They took two brief coffee
breaks and a short break for lunch each day. Otherwise, they were working.
We can’t remember ever looking out when they weren’t hard at it. That’s nice
to see, when you’re footing the bill.
Equally
nice was their attitude. What a great bunch of guys. They were cheerful,
friendly, polite and accommodating. Our every request was met with a
cheerful attempt to do our bidding.
Their
excellent workmanship is easy to see. What you can’t see is what they didn’t
do. We’ve spent 25 years “building” our yard. It’s important to us. And it
became important to them. Bless their hearts; they made every effort to
protect the garden area. They showed the same consideration inside the
house.
In
short, this bunch of guys made what could have been a terrible experience
almost pleasant. This couldn’t happen without your excellent management.
We’ll be delighted to recommend Landmark Construction Inc. in the future.
